Refund policy

Digital Products and Final Sale

All products sold by Noise Factory are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and access has been granted, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

This policy applies to all digital items including, but not limited to:

  • Sample packs
  • Presets
  • Audio files
  • Downloadable content
  • Digital tools or resources

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a refund once delivery has occurred.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or system
  • Lack of use or dissatisfaction with the product
  • Accidental purchases

It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information prior to purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

In the event that a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, Noise Factory may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit or an alternative resolution. Duplicate purchases are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed to be refunded.

Defective or Corrupted Files

If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted download or inaccessible file, please contact us. We will provide a replacement download or resolve the issue where possible. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product that is subject to this Return Policy may result in loss of access to Noise Factory products, services, and community platforms. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before contacting their payment provider.
